Can the AI assistant use a client's website to build things specific to their business?

Yes. The AI assistant works best with specific details: good data in, good data out. Paste in the client's website or just give it the domain. The AI crawls the site, learns about the business and makes what it builds custom to that company instead of generic.

For example, telling it "I have a new client that is a car dealership, create an AI assistant that books test drives, and use their website for all the business details" made it crawl the website, create a bookable calendar for test drives, build the AI agent with the business facts and FAQs, wire the agent to the booking tool and add the knowledge. You can also paste in an old website and ask the AI to redesign it for that business.

The AI assistant can do anything you can do in the CRM, including pulling up a contact and reading the conversations and activity. You can ask it to get the transcript of your last meeting and add notes on the contact, create tasks in the task management system for everything discussed on the call, or build a website for a contact that uses what was said on your last call.

After the build, check the details. For example, the dealership agent was built for web and SMS and had no opening greeting for an inbound phone call, so we added one in the agent.
